Pfannenstiel Intervals
Pfannenstiel Intervals are fun. On the ascent we focus on maximum efforts for shorter durations. The climb is about 5 minutes and takes you to your limit. The session aims to improve your ability to make repeated attacks.
We ride up (warm-up) to Pfannenstiel together. Leave the hectic city behind and get some work done. The intervals are executed in your individual pace. Afterwards we regroup and ride back.
For everyone not coming from Zürich, join as at 18: 00 by the Parking Pfannenstiel (Restaurant). On the junction by the little fountain.
NUTRITION:
– Ideally eat a muesli bar before the ride.
– Drink: two bottles with electrolytes
– Eat: We recommend you bring some gels. Eat 1g of carbs per kilo of body weight after the warm-up before starting the first interval.
